Sushil Kumar Srivastava, a graduate mechanical engineer, was MIE, M-FPSI and a member of IPSS until recently. He worked over 34 years in Steel Plants & other industries. Later, he had his own consultancy (Oil, Tribology, Maintenance & Energy Consultants). He was also a Surveyor and Loss Assessor for a few years.

The author also developed an interest in knowledge about yoga, 'Prana Healing', and other healing systems including 'mindfulness', 'meditation', etc. by self study and research. He has authored 14 books on Maintenance, Engineering, Technology, Career Planning, Counseling & Interviews, Study in the USA, Prana Healing, other healings, Mindfulness Mediation, etc.

Manorama Srivastava, with a Post-Graduate (MA) in Sociology, was a teacher at SAIL steel plant schools for over 33 years. The author has been spiritual, religious and has visited most of the important Hindu religious shrines and quite a few shrines of other religions/faiths in India & abroad. She has also been a good homemaker and helped many children achieve excellence in her life.
